Visa Factory – Tourist Visa Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the tourist visa services provided by Visa Factory. By availing our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Scope of Service
- Visa Factory assists with documentation, application filing, and guidance for tourist visas.
- We do not guarantee visa approval, as decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
- Fees charged are for service assistance and do not include government or consulate fees unless specified.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and truthful information.
- Any false information may lead to visa rejection, and we hold no responsibility.
- Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond the intended travel date.
4. Service Fees and Payments
Our service fee for a tourist visa is ₹4,999, exclusive of additional charges. Payment must be made in full before processing begins, and fees are non-refundable once processing starts.
5. Processing Time
Processing times are subject to the respective embassy’s timeline and may vary.
6. Refund Policy
No refund is applicable once the visa application is submitted. Partial refunds may be considered before submission, subject to deductions.
7. Document Submission
Clients must submit all required documents within the specified timeframe.
8. Visa Approval and Rejection
We do not influence visa approval decisions. Re-application guidance is available at an additional service fee.
9. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any losses resulting from visa delays or rejections.
10. Confidentiality
Client information is handled with confidentiality and protected under data protection laws.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for service failures due to unforeseen circumstances.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
13. Amendments
Visa Factory reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
